The Great Lakes Wind Truth is a collection of persons and groups around the Lakes, who discovered a mutual need to increase knowledge of the fragility of the Lakes and Basin systems, and who are completely committed to defeating any single industrial wind project single or multiple, that would upset delicate ecosystems, compromise water supplies, and negatively affect fishing, boating, migration routes, and the complex underwater life and lake bottom, that has already been compromised over time.

    Thank you so much for this valuable information. EverPower aka Baron Winds Inc want to install numerous turbines all around my country home in Fremont NY and we are devastated. The town electives are benefiting with them on their land but we are the ones who live there. I have been building bat houses to encourage the bat population but the turbines will create a nightmare for them. NYS officials are behind it so fighting the government and crooked town officials seems impossible. If you have ANY suggestions or can offer any help, we would be forever indebted. Thank you in advance for anything you could help us with.

They are being decimated, yes by wind turbines. Thanks for building those houses, but you are right: the only thing to save vulnerable and endangered bat populations, is STOP BUILDING THESE USELESS TURBINES.
